Springs....
I put a new spring (M120) in my gun. I havn't upgraded springs before and the motor(25,000RPM high torque) sounds sluggish in response. That is not normal is it?
The gun is a G&G FS51.
Sorry this is kinda a naive question.

Re: Springs....
now i've never aquainted myself with a guns innerds BUT i do think that adding a more powerful spring does lower the ROF due to the stronger spring having to be pulled back during firing
Battery
Yeh. I gotta get my new barrel though cuz the accurracy been whack ever since I accidently took it for a swim, and I think its that the barrel got dirt in it and it hasn't been able to clean itself out. Also I think with an M120 spring you gotta use .25s...

springs
if your grip or battery start to over heat while using your gun then your motor is really slow and crappy

Re: Springs....
I have cleaned it. And the battery was over-heatin because my gears in my gearbox were frozen up...
I think I'm going to have Surplus look at it, get them to fix it, I completely stripped the gearbox down yesterday and put it all back togethor, the gears would spin till I put it all togethor... Its not the motor, the motor is a good quality motor and runs fine...
