Pretty much... But someone who isn't trained in withstanding flashbangs will definitely be freaked out by this, even without a flash, so that's my thought on it.

ok i just talked on chat with mike the field director of TACtac and he said since it is in doors and people don't wear hearing protection, its a big no no... heh yeah... so sorry guys

yeah henry, they are alowed... its just they don't want anything that can damage the ears... like half of the building is made of concrete and bricks so the sound is amplified...
