So, it's sort of an odd question, but... Does anyone reading this have a realistic looking rocket launcher? 
I need it for a video, so if anyone has something like this, I'd love to borrow it! Thanks!

I don't have one, but quite a few people who go to BattleSim events have old LAW rockets that have been used and are now modified to shoot firecrackers to simulate mortars in games that I go to, so check that out.

I have an air cannon that is, unfortunately, air compressor powered, and I do not have a portable compressor.
