Idea for development?

I think we should have a team meeting and discuss formalizing ourselves. having an application, rank and responsibility. As well as at least 1 training session and then a team vote Anyone agree at all?

i'm just not so keen on ranks, like, calling a teenager "sir"... yeahhhh

lots of people quit from Eastside Rangers because Army Vets and older teenagers got tired of calling kids by rank

I hate the idea of ranks... I think it's ridiculous and quite a few teams frown upon it as well... I say we stick to what we're doing now... Haha. But I do think we should make patches... We've discussed this two or three times now, and everyone's always enthused about it and then it drops of radar... So... Yeah... I vote we get patches...

it looks good, its not that expensive, and definitely solidifies the teams as a whole in my opinion

yeh i agree... cept no ranks... no way i'm callin any teenager, or kid for that matter by sir or anything designating rank... and really i do NOT want anyone calling me sir either
